Go Live
Once you have been approved by the CMS Board for a New Mura Site, our CMS Support Team will help you through the Go Live process
This process spans from the Creation, Development, and all the way through to the Live Deployment of your new website.
The CMS Support Team is also here to offer you help & support on the closure of any of your historic Cascade Sites and advise you in obtaining an Archive copy of those sites should you require one.
Please be assured that should your website become unavailable, we will endeavor to resume normal service as quickly as possible as per the service level agreement, however, please note we are not responsible for the content of the individual websites.
If you add any links from your website to any external resources, and your website becomes unavailable, this will mean that your userbase will be unable to access that resource directly from the website. As such, site owners/administrators should consider this when adding any external resource links to their website, particularly if they support a clinical need.
For example, linking to external sites for booking-in patients or triage should have alternative mechanisms in place to mitigate any potential risk.
