Password Error When Creating a New User

If you are creating a new user account and receive the Password Error message, please check the following: 

• Passwords must be: at least 7 characters long with a mix of numbers and upper/lower letters.
• There is also a 15-character length limit on passwords within MURA. If your password exceeds this character length it will produce the Error message.
