Document Links Tracker

We have introduced a new report: Document Links Tracker. This report enables admin users to identify where a document is being displayed across the site. It also provides the exact location of the document link, such as within a specific Plugin or in a particular Region of the page.

The new report will display File Title, Page Title, and Link Location, and provide options to view or edit the selected page directly. 

To access the Tracker:

• In the back end of your website, on the left hand side hover menu select Dashboard 
• Select the Reports Tab
• Find the Document Links Tracker 
• Under the Type dropdown, select your File Type 
• Under the Name dropdown, select your File Name
• The list will then auto generate, and you'll be provided with the page details of where your chosen document is displayed

Please note: Dashboard will need to be enabled on your website in order to access the tracker. Please contact the CMS Support Team 

The following buttons and headings are available to you: Edit, View, Title, Type and Link Location. This will allow admins to find the document link on the page with ease

• Edit  - Select the Pencil Icon to Edit the Page the link is displaying on
• View - Select the World Icon to view the page the document link is displaying on
• Title - The page the document is available on
• Type - The plugin/layout the link is displaying on 
• Link Location - The region the plugin/layout is  - Body, Main Content etc.
