If you wish to ask us to Investigate/Fix Issues, Add Functionality, Provide General Advice, or if you have any Suggestions for Enhancements to the service, then you will need to raise a request with us.

Please remember that we do need up to five working days' notice to implement requests. All times commence upon receipt by DHCW of notification and continue during the hours for which Support Services are provided (09.00-17.00 Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
