How long will my request take?

A Sprint Cycle lasts for around eight weeks, however some items may take longer to implement as it is dependant on the current development workload and complexity of the request.

So if you log a new Request for Work when a sprint cycle has already started, your item may not start until the next Sprint Cycle 8 weeks later.
