How are Requests for Work prioritised?

Requests are prioritised as Low, Medium or High.

• Low: New functionality, bespoke requests, general development queries 
• Medium: Any issues that have a proven workaround, bug fixes, small functionality issues
• High: Accessibility Issues, Welsh Language Standards, System Issues, MURA Core, any issue where a workaround is unavailable
