Plugin Placeholder

The Plugin Placeholder has a New Look 

When an Admin/Editor views the page content on the backend of the site, the site Plugins/Layouts do not appear on the page. A Placeholder appears in the area where the Plugin/Layout has been placed. This Placeholder has been updated from the 'Grey boxes' that appeared previously, to a new Placeholder 'Warning Message', this message will appear in place of every Plugin/Layout that has been added to the page.
