Last Updated Content Audit

Now Available within The Dashboard > Reports Tab

Update as of January 2025

We have now introduced a new report: ‘Content Update Audit’. This report enables users to search their CMS content items, including Page, Page-Contact Card, Page-Accordion, and Form (with plans to support additional content types in the future).

Users can search and filter by:

  • Content Type
  • Month & Year
  • Last Updated

The results list will display the Page Title, URL, Parent Page Title, Last Updated Date, and includes options to view or edit the selected page directly. Results are paginated and can be exported to Excel for further analysis.

Narrow Your Selection Using Filters

Content Audit update report, designed to help you review recent activity and identify aging content that may need to be reviewed.

To make your review easier:
- You can customise your results by type. 
- View the title and parent to easily allocate your content.
- Use the edit icon to start editing directly or use the globe icon to access the page.
- Know your contact, see who did the last update.
- Limit the amount offered for your selection and break down by month/year to allow for phased review.

 

For further analysis, export to Excel

We now have an option that allows us to export reports for your site.

You can use the built-in function to assign your objective. Or you can narrow down your selection for specific conditions.

If you are happy with the result, you can set a limit to adjust the number of items available for your report. 

To get a copy as an Excel document for further analysis you have 2 options;

-Export to Excel" will download only the items visible in the view you are currently viewing. (or your current page)
-Export ALL to Excel would export the results from all the pages.
