Attaching Alt Text to an Image.

If you wish to edit the MetaData of an Image, you can make modifications to these elements by navigating to the Image in question and clicking on it. The page has a facility to upload a new version of the image, you can also change the title and summary.

To add Meta Data to the Image, select the 'i' icon. A new pop up box will now open, here you can view/add & amend any of the Image MetaData. By default, if this Image is used as an associated Image on any of the site pages, it will use the same metadata as established here.

If this Image already has existing metadata attached to it and you wish to implement new metadata to the image from here onward, in this case, you are required to select the 'Set as Default Value' option. Any content associated with this Image will now take the new MetaData attached here.
