How Do I Use Page Notifications

Content Expiration

Set a date when the content of this page will need reviewing, refreshing, or removing. You can also set which user/s (from within your site) should receive this notification. This option DOES NOT remove the content from your site. To have content automatically removed you would need to complete the Schedule Content Option.

Notify For Review

Set which user/s (from within your site) should receive this notification. This will now send an immediate request for review to the site user/s selected. This option could be utilised with site Authors; by setting content to draft and then sending this to a site Editor to review and publish.

Approval Chains

On the back end of your site create a new Approval Chain and set which user/s (from within your site) should receive this notification. Link your content to the Approval Chain. This will send an immediate request to review to the site user/s selected. This option could be utilised where you wish the content to pass through multiple users/user groups to review and publish.
