How Do I Add a Carousel

Subtitles Available. To activate select the CC button within the video

 

Set up a Carousel
Select your Settings
Local Content Index: Select from your sites' Local Content Index list
Image Size: Defaulted to Carousel Size but you can select from Image sizes available within the CMS
Transition Effect: Select between Fade and Slide
Autostart: Tick/Untick as you wish
Intervals between slides: In seconds, you can select from 1-10
Expand Width: Tick/Untick as you wish (to span across the whole site)
Top Padding: You can add a layer of white space above the Carousel - select from 1,2 or 3
Hide/Show Navigation Arrows: Will remove Left and Righthand arrows, Tick/Untick as you wish
Hide/Show Pause Button: Will remove the Play/Pause options, Tick/Untick as you wish
Hide/Show Top Title - Desktop: The Title will appear top right and the summary will now appear in the Grey block, Tick/Untick as you wish
Is Clickable: Tick/Untick as you wish
Hide/Show Top Title - Mobile: The Title will appear top right - on the mobile display only, Tick/Untick as you wish
Is Clickable: Tick/Untick as you wish
Hide/Show Overlay Text: This will remove the grey bar across the bottom, Tick/Untick as you wish
Hide/Show More Button: Will remove the 'More' button, Tick/Untick as you wish
Button Label: This will be the text shown on the display's buttons, if you leave this field empty then it defaults to 'More'. You can add a separate label for each text field by adding a comma delimiter so that each section's link can be editable to give it a more meaningful description to aid accessibility. e.g. More on Jobs,More on Working for Us,More on Volunteering These labels will then appear in boxes 1,2,3 respectively
Text Position: Select Bottom/Left/Right*
Character Limit: Here you can select how many characters from the Summary are pulled in
 
*Selecting Left or Right will open up further options:
Text Colour: Set to the colour of your choice, clicking on the field will open up a colour selector pop-up, Alternatively, you can type in a Hex code
Use Background Gradient: Tick/Untick to apply a gradient
Background Gradient Colour: Set to the colour of your choice, clicking on the field will open up a colour selector pop-up, Alternatively, you can type in a Hex code
Background Gradient Size: Adjust the gradient slider along to select the percentage you wish to use
Button and Text Colour: Set to the colour of your choice, clicking on the field will open up a colour selector pop-up, Alternatively, you can type in a Hex code
