How Can Users Request Access to a Training Site?

  • Access to a training site enables new users not familiar with the CMS to practice without affecting their organisations new website. Access to a Training Site must be logged by the Organisation Administrator. To request access please Raise a Query with the Support Team and include the Name, Email and Organisation of the individual who requires access.

How Do I Open The Admin Panel?

  • Go to your primary Website > Select Esc + L  > You will be prompted with a login screen,  Enter your Admin details here
  • You can tell when you have successfully logged in as an Admin as the Admin Tool Bar will now be available to you. Logging In

What Browsers Are Compatible With The CMS?

  • Edge

  • Please Note - The CMS is NO LONGER compatible with IE11 

Is There A Max Size When Uploading Content?

  • The CMS maximum upload size is 29.5MB, but we strongly advise compressing any items to be uploaded.
  • Displaying Video Content - The CMS is not a hosting site and as such, we would recommend that you host videos on a platform e.g. YouTube/Vimeo, and then link to the video via the available plugins (YouTube & Video) in order to display the video on your website.
  • Please Note: The max request time is restricted to 30 seconds, this is so we don't block requests when users are uploading large files.

How Can I Amend The Printing Details Of My Page?

  • Would you like to include the Time & Date and the Web Link to the page when you are printing? 
  • This can be achieved by amending the Print Settings within your browser.

What Are the 404 & 500 Pages?

  • A 404 page is what will appear if a user types in a URL that does not exist within your website.
  • A 500 page is used when there is an internal error with your website.
