How Do I Use Advanced Table List - With a Page Type

 

 
 

Advanced Table List - A Table List is a clear way to display your pages, the content can then be pulled in via the parent folder. Under Extended Attributes, you can have extra columns added to your pages. Whilst you can filter by the columns displayed; the Advanced Table list also offers an added content search and advanced search options.

 
Creating your Content
 
 

 

  • Go to the Front End of your site and find your Folder
  • Select the Pen Icon and Edit Layout
  • Select the Pencil Icon on the Folder
  • Amend the Folder Layout to TableListAdvanced
  • Amend the Settings as you wish
  • Select Save to publish your changes

 

 
Select your Settings
Layout: TableListAdvanced
Page Subtype: Select the name of your page type
Title: Any text entered here will display above the Search Box
Text Field Placeholder: Any text entered here will appear within the Search Box
Search Button Name: Any text entered here will display on the Search Button
Advanced Search Button Name: Any text entered here will display on the Advanced Search Button
Clear Button Name: Any text entered here will display on the Advanced Search Clear Button
Display Fields: Select the Edit, Drag and Drop the fields you wish to display as columns (Please be aware you are limited to how many fields can be displayed by the size of a desktop screen)
Show Hidden Fields as Collapsible:  A collapsible feature for Mobile which enables users to show or hide list entries
Dropdown and Text Fields: Select which search options will display as dropdown text Fields
Checkbox and Date Fields: Select which search options will display as checkboxes, and add in a Date Filter
Search Dropdowns Per Row: Relates to the Advanced Search - select how many dropdown boxes should display in a row
Listing hover, Button and Button Text Colour: These colour options can be set by default to the colour of your choice, Alternatively you can use the colour picker or type in a Hex code
Items Per Page: Select the number of items that will display per page
Heading Tab: Add a Heading to your Content and select the Heading Tag (H1, H2, etc)
