How Do I Add an Interactive PDF

 

 
 

Interactive PDFs - This plugin will allow Admins to embed an Interactive PDF within a page. This will allow users to select your PDF, edit it as they see fit and then download their new bespoke copy of the PDF; without affecting the original copy.

In order to use this Plugin you will first need to contact DHCW and request this be enabled on your site.

 

 

  • Select the page you wish your PDF to sit on
  • Select the Pencil Icon and Edit Layout
  • Drag and Drop the Collection Plugin to the page
  • Amend the settings as you wish
  • Select Save and Publish - Your PDF will now be displayed

Layout: PdfEmbedViewer
PDF URL: Once selected, the URL of your PDF will appear here
Select PDF: Choose a PDF within the File Manager
* File Manager: Click on the 3dots and Select; of the PDF you wish to use
PDF Filename (Not Optional): Add the Filename/Title of your PDF
Embed Mode: Select from 4 options - Full Window/Sized Container/Inline/Light Box
Default View Mode: Select from 4 options - Fit Page/Fit Width/Two Column/Two Column Fit Page
Check Boxes to decide which Edit Options users have:
  • Show tools to edit PDF?
  • Allow Form Filling?
  • Focus PDF on Rendering?
  • Show Download PDF Option?
  • Show Print PDF Option?
  • Show Thumbnail Option?
  • Show Zoom Control Options?
