Resource Bundles Naming Conventions

The resource bundles are widely used, almost across every possible division of each Mura instance. So far the content in properties files were named based on the convenience of the developer. But, with the introduction to new set of rules for naming conventions within the team, we have tried to extend the same directives to our resource bundles as well.
